Reflecting on myself, I've been foolishly talking about changes.

People mistake thoughts, wishes and intentions for actual change.

Seriously, we don't really change.

Things like personality, it's in our genotype. No changes can be made.

Superficial changes like actions are modeled, not changed.

We don't have to change ourselves, we just have to change ourselves' outlet.

Same goes for decisions.

"I'll change and I know I will after I made this decision."

Familiar? Stop fooling yourselves.
